Après une formation aux techniques du théâtre corporel de Mn Etienne Décroux, puis une formation d'acteur avec Mn. John Strasberg, enrichie avec l'analyse des pratiques sociales et la pédagogie théâtrale à l'Université Sorbonne Nouvelle Paris 3, puis la Communication Non Violente, elle s'est dévoué au développement du théâtre social, collaborant depuis leur création avec les compagnie Théâtre&Co et Entrées de Jeu au sein de qui, elle participe en tant que comédienne dans plus de 150 débats théâtraux chaque année depuis plus de 25 ans, en milieu éducatif, social, médical et culturel.

Formatrice des techniques théâtrales pour la communication en France, Portugal, Belgique, Chili et Equateur, elle accompagne diverses structures qui prennent en charge la réalisation des campagnes de prévention avec des supports théâtraux sur des sujets divers dans ces pays.
Créatrice des contes, et conteuse elle se présente dans diverses musées et monuments nationaux.
